Most people who walk in already know who they want. They come back for a second piece, a fourth, a sixth, and sit in the same chair every time.
So that is the one thing worth knowing before you call.
Ask for who you want
If you saw a piece you liked and know the name that goes with it, say it on the phone. If you don’t, say what you’re after and when you can come in.
