Proposed · none of it running
Three proposals. Nothing here is switched on.
The bay is open forty-five hours a week. A week has a hundred and sixty-eight. The three things below are what a website can do in the other hundred and twenty-three, and inside the forty-five when four lifts are loaded and nobody can reach the phone. They are listed in the order they would matter to this shop.
Read this first. Nothing on this page books anything, texts anybody or asks anyone for a review. There is no endpoint behind it. Every panel below that looks like a screen is a demonstration and says so on its own face; the messages in them were written for this page and never sent. The shop’s own facts, hours, rating, the reviews, are marked where they appear. What any of it costs is a conversation, not a figure on a webpage.
The phone is the booking system. It is covered forty-five hours a week.
Amanda Turner wrote down how it goes when it works: called on a Friday, car in the next week at her convenience. That is the phone doing its job, and it is how nearly every car in this bay got here. It worked because somebody was standing next to it.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Forty-five hours. For the other hundred and twenty-three, every evening and both weekend days, a call rings out. So does any call that arrives inside the forty-five while four lifts are loaded and both hands are under a car. Nobody rings a garage twice. The next number is already on the screen they dialled from.
Missed-call text-back closes that without anyone coming out from under a car. The call rings out, and within seconds a text goes to the number that rang: sorry we missed you, what can we help with? The customer answers when they can. The shop answers when there is a gap between jobs. The whole thing carries on by text, in one thread, instead of on the back of an invoice by the till.
Why this one leads here. A missed call at a garage is not a missed half hour. It is the diagnosis, the parts and the work, all of it booked in somewhere else by the afternoon. It fires on every missed call, including the one at nine on a Saturday evening when the bay has been shut for two days.

Sorry we missed you. This is The Auto Center on Southeastern Ave. Hands were under a car. What can we help with?

Sounds like pads and rotors. Bring it Thursday morning and we’ll get it on a lift. Call (317) 409-5377 if Thursday is no good.
Invented, all of it. No such call came in, that exchange never happened, and nothing on this page can send a text. The gaps are compressed for the panel. In a live build only the second line is automatic, and it goes out within seconds of the call ending, that part is the product. Everything after it happens at whatever pace the customer and the shop reply.
A second door, for the jobs that already have a name.
Booking on the site puts a customer straight onto the shop’s own calendar. They pick the day and the time here; the slot is taken the moment it is taken. No callback, no third party holding the diary, nothing to confirm afterwards.
The confirmation goes out immediately. Then a reminder before the appointment, and the reminder is the part that earns its keep. A booked slot nobody turns up to is a lift standing empty on a Thursday morning and a tech with nothing on it. Where a job warrants it, the booking can take a deposit at the same time. A special-order part, say. Whether any job in this bay warrants one is Greg’s call, not this page’s.
This is for service appointments, not for consultations. The scheduled tune-up, the fluid change, the 7:30 drop-off Amanda Turner described: those have a name before the car arrives, and they can be picked off a screen at eleven at night.
It does not replace the phone. A fault that needs describing out loud still gets described out loud; that is what the number on the banner is for, and the reviews say the explaining is the thing this shop is good at. Booking only takes the appointments that never needed a conversation in the first place.
Demonstration · books nothing
Thursday, 8:00 to 5:00, comes off the shop’s published hours. The five slots are invented for this panel and the struck-through one is here to show what taken looks like. On a live build these come off the shop’s own calendar and a taken slot disappears.
Confirmed, Thursday 9:30 AM at The Auto Center, 7006 Southeastern Ave. Call (317) 409-5377 if anything changes.
Reminder: Thursday 9:30 AM at The Auto Center, 7006 Southeastern Ave. See you then.
Nothing was reserved. Pressing a time changes the wording above it and nothing else. No calendar exists behind this page.
669 people did that without being asked.
Amanda Turner recorded the route in her own review: looked them up on Google, great reviews, called on Friday. The 669 are not decoration on this page. They are the reason the phone rings at all.
Every one of them is somebody who drove home, remembered the shop’s name, found the right listing and typed. That is the hardest possible way to get a review, and this shop has 669 of them averaging 4.9. Until this preview there was no website at all, so not one of those 669 arrived because a page asked for it.
The review engine asks on the shop’s behalf, after the visit, every time, by text or email, whichever the customer left. Nobody at the counter has to remember at the end of a Friday, which is the reason asking never happens.
It is not a review farm. It asks the people who were actually in the bay, once, after they have been. Nothing is written for them and nothing is posted on anybody’s behalf.

One at a time · this order
If it is one at a time, the text-back is first.
None of the three needs anything installed in the bay. They run off the number already painted on the banner and the website that is already built. What it costs is a conversation, and it is a short one. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
7006 Southeastern Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46239. Rating 4.9 of 5, from 669 Google reviews. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
